Talon's Reach is a collection of 42 ultra-luxurious single-family estate homes in Blossom Valley, completed in 2004. Most of the lots were sold with a choice of 3 model homes. The models homes were designed by the award winning Architect Danielian Associates Architecture and Planning and built by Ashbrook Communities. Some lots were purchased and custom homes were built by individual owners.

Most homes have spectacular and unobstructed views of Canyons, Mountains, City Lights, Lake Jennings, and the Ocean.

Blossom Valley (located east of El Cajon, San Diego County, California) was first settled in 1912. Mr. Elmer G. Blossom, at the age of 19, started developing 100 acres of flatland in the lower end of the valley. Mr. Blossom, with the help of one laborer and a mule, cleared the entire 100 acres. He turned the property into a productive ranch growing a variety of fruit trees and vegetables.
